Introduction
I am an engineering professional specializing in industrial automation, electro‑mechanical systems, and reliability engineering. My career has been shaped in high‑volume manufacturing environments where precision, safety, and disciplined troubleshooting are essential. I approach every technical challenge with a structured, methodical mindset—interviewing operators, isolating faults, validating root causes, and documenting each step to ensure long‑term reliability.
In my role as a Weekend Shift Lead Technician, I have mentored teams, promote a safety‑first culture, and model integrity in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. I believe in leading by example, staying calm under pressure, and helping others develop the confidence and technical depth needed to excel.
Academically, I maintain a 4.0 GPA while pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology – Machine Design, building on my Associate of Science in Engineering and SACA Mechatronics & Robotics certification. I am also an inducted member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), recognized for academic excellence, leadership potential, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
Continuous learning is central to who I am, and I’m committed to advancing into engineering and technical leadership roles across automotive, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing. I’m driven by a long‑term vision to contribute to sustainable innovation in Michigan’s manufacturing landscape, including the future development of Michigan Electric Vehicles—a project focused on ethical workforce development and locally built EV technology.
Whether on the production floor or in the classroom, I bring resilience, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence to everything I do.
